If you fill AC and fan doesn't blow hot air and compressor is running what does that mean?
Also, if fan does not come on and thermostat is set to AC then what could be the problem? And let's say that the capacitor is fine then would it be the thermostat?

If subcooling is way too high according to the reading from high side, then what do we need to do to get it into the 15 degree range for subcooling?
